AI for business setup

How can a business setup firm see its whole client pipeline in one weekly brief with AI?

Each week, export what your firm already tracks: open leads and quotes, applications by stage, extra documents requested, and renewals due from the PRO tracker. Paste it into a ChatGPT Skill set up with your brief template, and it drafts one page for the team: new and stuck leads, applications with no movement, files waiting on the client, renewals due and items with no update. The operations manager checks it against the trackers before sharing. AI does not check authority portals, predict approvals or set targets.

Why the picture lives in WhatsApp

In a business setup or PRO firm, every consultant knows their own files, but nobody sees all of them at once. Leads sit in the CRM, applications in a tracker, renewals in the PRO sheet and most of the real news in WhatsApp threads. The founder asks around before the Sunday meeting, a quote goes quiet for two weeks and a file waiting on the client is only noticed when the client complains. A pipeline brief Skill puts the same sections in the same order every week, from exports your team already has, so the whole team works from one picture.

How it fits your firm

  • Your trackers stay the record. The brief is a weekly summary. Leads, applications and renewal dates stay in the CRM and trackers, kept current by the people who own them.
  • The same data, used again. The stages behind the brief also drive client status updates, and the renewal list feeds PRO renewal reminders, so the brief reflects work the team already does.
  • Your template, with versions. The founder approves the brief template and the day thresholds, such as what counts as no movement. When they change, the new version is approved, the Skill is refreshed and the old version is withdrawn.
  • Manual input is the default. The manager pastes the exports. Reading directly from your CRM or trackers needs a separately agreed, configured and tested integration.

Guardrails

  • A named person checks every brief against the trackers before it is shared. AI drafts can leave out a file, copy a date or stage wrongly, attach a note to the wrong reference or add a detail that is not in the export. Instructions reduce this risk but do not guarantee a complete or correct brief.
  • The brief is not a reminder system. A renewal or file missing from the export will be missing from the brief, so it is never the only record of what is due.
  • AI does not check authority portals, predict approvals or processing times, or judge consultants’ performance. Status with any authority is confirmed by your team through official channels.
  • Share only what the brief needs. Use references instead of client names, keep passport and ID details out, and use the ChatGPT product, access and retention settings your firm has approved.

A weekly pipeline brief can start as a single Skill for AED 97, built on your own template. The pipeline brief is part of RUN at AED 15,000, for larger firms or several branches that also want website guide drafts and approval rules. Common questions

Can AI write a weekly pipeline report for a business setup company?

Yes, as a draft. From your lead, application and renewal exports it drafts a one-page brief in your template, and a named person checks it before it is shared.

Does the brief check the status of applications with the authorities?

No. It only uses the stages in your trackers. Your team confirms status with the authority through official channels.

Do we need to share passport or ID details?

No. The brief works from references, stages and dates, so passport and ID details stay out of what is pasted.

Does it connect to our CRM?

Not by default. The manager pastes the exports. Reading directly from a CRM or tracker needs a separately agreed, configured and tested integration.
