iMPLEMENTAi is the service brand. Stripe checkout may show the legal company name above, and our booking calendar may show Talent Bridge Dubai.

The AED 97 custom Skill

The offer covers one reusable Skill for one defined business task, prepared around your agreed requirements and handed over by email with guidance for the agreed AI environment. It can include reusable instructions, working logic and relevant supporting material. It does not include an AI-provider subscription, multiple workflows, connected-system integrations, team rollout or wider business implementation unless separately agreed.

Pay through the linked Stripe checkout, then send your brief by WhatsApp message or voice note and include the email address used at checkout. Intake and brief clarification take place on WhatsApp; the completed Skill is delivered by email. We match the brief to the verified payment and confirm that the task and intended environment fit the offer. If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us before paying. If we cannot supply the agreed task within the offer, we will explain the issue and offer a refund rather than require an additional purchase.

Delivery and availability

We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For the AED 97 Skill, handover by email is within a few hours after payment and the required brief are confirmed. This applies on weekends as well as weekdays. Time spent waiting for missing information or clarification is outside that delivery period. We will contact you if a specific order cannot meet the stated timing; your refund rights remain available.

30-day any-reason money-back guarantee

For the AED 97 custom Skill, you may request a full refund for any reason within 30 calendar days after delivery. You can also request cancellation and a refund before delivery. Contact sales@implementai.ae or WhatsApp and include the email address used at checkout so we can identify your order. You do not need to prove that the Skill is defective.

Refunds are returned through the original payment route; the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. The guarantee applies to the AED 97 offer. Other engagements have their separately agreed commercial terms. Nothing here reduces mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.

Your material and rights in the delivered Skill

You retain ownership of material you supply, including your business content, documents and proprietary examples. You authorise us to use that material to fulfil your requirements, hand over the Skill and provide related support.

As part of the paid handover, you receive a continuing, non-exclusive right to use and modify the delivered Skill for your business. Delivery is not an exclusive assignment of the underlying Skill, methods or reusable components. It does not give you ownership of our pre-existing or independently developed Skills, or prevent us from supplying similar functionality to others.

We retain the right to rework, modify, improve, combine and reuse the Skill and its general methods, instructions, templates and non-confidential components for our own operations or other work. This right does not permit us to reuse or disclose your personal information, confidential business content or proprietary examples for unrelated purposes. Reusable versions must exclude that material. Any different ownership or exclusivity arrangement must be expressly agreed in writing.

We need your explicit permission before using your identity, logos, testimonials or customer-work examples publicly, including anonymised examples. Customer-material retention is covered by the Privacy Policy.

AI tools, review and your responsibilities

AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Review and test the Skill and its outputs for your intended use, retain appropriate human approval, and do not rely on an AI output alone for a consequential decision. You are responsible for having permission to share your inputs and use connected accounts, and for complying with the terms of your chosen AI provider. We are an independent implementation service; purchasing from us does not imply an affiliation with or endorsement by OpenAI or another provider.

Other services and public information

ChatGPT Business Setup & Implementation and FolderDesk engagements have separately agreed scope, pricing, access, responsibilities and support. An enquiry or booking alone does not create such an engagement. Expert profiles and assessment information support evaluation and introductions; they do not guarantee availability, suitability or employment performance.

Website use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site or misuse confidential assessment material. Our branding and website materials remain subject to their owners’ intellectual-property rights. Linked third-party services have their own terms and availability.

Questions and applicable rights

Send service questions, cancellations, refund requests and complaints to sales@implementai.ae. Applicable UAE law and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by these terms. Updated website terms will show a new effective date; an update does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
