AI for real estate

How can agents create market updates for clients with AI?

Agents give ChatGPT the figures they have already checked, such as transactions, rents and listings for the areas a client owns in, plus their own notes. Set up with your update template and brand voice, it drafts a short monthly update for each investor or landlord, explaining what changed in plain words and suggesting one next step. The agent checks every number against the source, removes anything the AI got wrong or added, and sends it. AI does not collect market data on its own, forecast prices or give investment advice.

A worked example

What the agent pastes in (sample)

Client: overseas investor, owns a 1BR in a sample community, tenanted until March.
Checked figures for September (sample): 41 sales of 1BR units, median price per sq ft up slightly on August.
Comparable 1BR asking rents seen this month: AED 78,000 to 85,000. Current rent: AED 72,000.
Agent note: two new towers handing over nearby next year. Client asked last time about selling vs holding.
Update drafted by AI
Your September update

Sales of one-bedroom apartments in your community stayed active, with 41 transactions and a small rise in price per square foot compared with August.
Asking rents for similar units are now between AED 78,000 and 85,000, above your current rent of AED 72,000. Your lease renews in March, so this is a good time to plan the renewal.
Two nearby towers are due to hand over next year, which may add supply. I would be glad to talk through selling or holding before the renewal.

For the agent to check: rent increase rules for renewals; source and date of each figure.

Sample client and sample figures for illustration, not market data. Real updates use figures your team has exported and checked from its chosen sources, with the date of each source. Pulling data automatically from portals or official datasets needs a separately configured and tested integration.

Why it matters for Dubai agents

Many investors in Dubai property live abroad and rarely visit their unit. A short, regular update keeps the agent in their mind when they decide to sell, buy again or renew a tenant. Most agents know this but have no time to write twenty personal updates each month. AI makes the writing quick, so the agent’s time goes into checking the figures and adding the local insight a client cannot get from a portal.

Guardrails

  • The agent reviews and sends every update. AI drafts can leave out a figure or invent one that was not in the source, so each number is checked against the original data before sending.
  • Figures come only from sources your team has checked and dated. The AI does not look up prices or rents on its own unless a separate integration is built and tested.
  • Updates describe what happened; they do not forecast prices, promise returns or give investment, legal or tax advice.
  • Rules on rent increases, advertising and marketing consent stay with your compliance process. Instructions in a Skill do not guarantee compliance.
  • Your CRM stays the record of who receives updates. Sending lists and schedules are not automated unless separately configured.

Where to start

A single Skill built on your update template, brand voice and checking steps is AED 97. A team rollout that adds client market updates alongside lead summaries and off-plan answer sheets is part of GROW at AED 7,500; see the pricing page.

Common questions

Can AI write property market reports for clients?

Yes, as drafts. The agent supplies figures already checked from their chosen sources and ChatGPT turns them into a short update in your brand voice. The agent checks every number before sending.

Where does the market data come from?

From sources your team chooses, exports and checks, with the date of each source. The AI does not collect data on its own unless a separate integration is built and tested.

Can AI predict Dubai property prices?

No. The updates describe what has happened in the figures supplied. They do not forecast prices, promise returns or give investment advice.

Can updates go to clients in their own language?

Yes. The update can be drafted in the client's language from the same checked figures, and the agent reviews it before sending.
