The opportunity

What you will do

  • Build, ship and maintain applications, websites and automation systems using AI-assisted development tools.
  • Use Claude Code, including CLI and IDE integrations, as a primary development engine.
  • Work in modern IDE environments such as VS Code with AI agents and orchestration tools.
  • Collaborate with AI coding tools including OpenAI Codex and Gemini to accelerate delivery.
  • Develop and optimise agentic workflows for automation, data handling and system integrations.
  • Prototype, test and deploy functional solutions with a focus on real-world usability.
  • Maintain clean, scalable and production-ready codebases and improve them through rapid iteration.
What matters

What we are looking for

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience using an IDE integrated with AI tools.
  • Proven hands-on use of Claude Code for development and execution.
  • A demonstrable record of shipped applications, automations or systems.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI-assisted development workflows and tooling.
  • Ability to build and deploy solutions independently from concept to completion.
  • Ability to present completed work during the interview process.
  • Formal degrees are not required; completed and deployed work is what matters.
