A leading diversified group headquartered in Dubai is seeking a senior technology executive to lead enterprise technology, AI adoption and digital transformation across multiple business units.

The opportunity

What you will do

  • Define and implement the group technology roadmap in line with strategic business goals.
  • Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption to improve productivity, decision-making and competitive advantage.
  • Drive digital transformation including cloud migration, ERP integration and workflow automation.
  • Evaluate and implement AI platforms, tools and frameworks across multiple sectors.
  • Oversee cybersecurity, technology investment, vendor relationships and digital risk.
  • Build and mentor high-performing technology, engineering, cybersecurity and AI teams.
  • Report technology and AI implementation performance directly to the CEO.
What matters

What we are looking for

  • 10+ years of technology leadership experience, including 3–5 years at C-level.
  • Proven delivery of AI solutions, machine-learning initiatives and digital platforms in complex environments.
  • Strong cloud, enterprise systems, data analytics and cybersecurity expertise.
  • Working knowledge of modern AI platforms and frameworks including OpenAI and enterprise AI ecosystems.
  • Ability to lead multi-sector digital strategy and connect AI capability to business outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management capability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology or engineering discipline; Master’s or MBA preferred.
